Terrible product, even worse customer service

I bought this steering wheel really excited to and a nice upgrade for my car. However when I received the steering wheel, the only nice thing about it was the look, the leds lights and rpm reader never worked even after attempting to follow their incompetent instructions. Its baffling that i spent $800 for such unclear directions and cheap plastic that started chipping with only having it for 3 weeks. On top of all of this, the company has completely stopped contacting me when showing that their product was not working and shown when i bought the product. I plead that everyone who reads this; don't buy from this company, try someone else because this company was a COMPLETE waste of time and money.
